This seat was hand-tooled to perfection. The center section was debossed and raised with a stringray texture background and then hand braided with 1/4 lace.
Many of the visitors at Las Vegas bikefest were so amazed and couldn't believe it wasn't real stringray and asked how it was done.
This seat took 30 hour of tooling and background texturing and another 9 hour of hand braiding.

At 5/6 oz. thick which is about 1/8 inch, it tools very well with great definition and detail. Combine this with the painstaking time
in hand fitting and wet moulding for a perfect fit and the lost secrets of Oil's,Balm's, Natural dye's and sealers.
You will have a seat that will last for years with the proper care.
Custom Western Saddle
This saddle was made for Keith Zupnik in Las Vegas NV. in his personal tribute to ROY ROGERS.
Built on a equi-flex saddle tree by STEELE SADDLE TREE COMPANY. using HERMAN OAK LEATHER.
and custom sterling silver overlay from HANSEN'S SILVER .
Almost all of the silver piece's had to be custom made from my patterns to fit this saddle,
for example : The swell plate that fits ahead of the horn as well as the cantle and corner plates.
The tooling pattern which was inspired by styles of the 40's and 50's gives this saddle a very distinctive look.
   
Custom Saddle Bags
There is a lot of detail that went into the building of these saddlebags.
The saddle bag was designed to be used as carry on luggage. it features full tooling and a branded monogram.
Kangaroo lace on all the edge's in spanish style interlock braid took 20 hours to complete.
Chestnut color Wickett and Craig Leather was select for it's rich antique color after oiling.
